Broadband has become part of the fundamental infrastructure of the information society. As Internet and video services continue to develop rapidly, Gigaband access has become a new broadband access goal for enterprises and homes. Fibre-To-The-home (FTTH) solutions are able to meet all requirements, but the long construction time and large investment needed for FTTH creates large gaps between the ideal situation and reality.
A major requirement for all ISPs is to attempt to finish the existing copper cable resources to shorten construction time and lower costs. As vectoring technology increases bandwidth from 20 Mbit/s to over 100 Mbit/s, it is the ideal option for copper broadband. To deploy vectoring technology, traditional copper facilities must be upgraded, although issues such as reconstruction cost, site crosstalk, and terminal adaption to an existing network will need to be considered. The Huawei Faster Vectoring Solution helps customers solve these issues and implement a 100 Mbit/s FTTH copper solution. Huawei adopts leading technologies, such as Vectoring and G.fast Ultra-Broadband (UBB) copper cable solutions, to deliver copper line access rates of 100 Mbit/s to 1,000 Mbit/s, solving FTTH challenges and accelerating UBB network deployment — the foundation of quick UBB service rollouts for ISPs.
Provides an average access bandwidth of over 100 Mbit/s and device upgrade in 10 minutes.
A site-level solution with the largest capacity and highest density in the industry.
Compatible with different terminals and self-adapts to existing ADSL2+ and VDSL2.
